Please Note: There is a $5 once only Activation fee* for the Manly Fast Ferry Smart Card.
Unlike a disposable travelten card, you can load and reload as many Ten-journey packs onto the same card as you like.
I have Travelten rides still on my card can i still use them?
Yes, these are still valid rides you can use them up then switch to the purse if you wish.
The new prices are cheaper for when I want to travel, can I get a refund on Travelten rides to go to my purse?
No, unfortunatly the system does not allow that, those rides are still valid but we cannot refund them.
How much do I need to put on the purse, is there a limit?
You can put as little as $50 on the purse at a time, but you can add as much as you like to a limit of $500.
Can I use my Smart Card on the Manly Flyer routes?
Yes, you can use it as you do in the peak hour services.
What is the definition of a child for the 24 hour fare?
Babies in arms are not charged, children are defined as under 12.
Will there be further price rises before the end of the 2010?
Our aim is to maintain low fares during 2010.

We are anxious not to inconvenience our
passengers. Some important things to keep in mind when
purchasing your card.
-Please keep the receipt you receive when first purchasing your
Smartcard in a safe place, if in the unfortunate event that your card
is lost or stolen, then the remaining value on your card can be
transferred to a new one (which will however require another $5 activation). Without this receipt we cannot recover any of the lost fares.
-You may top up your card as many times as you like.
